The Advisory Service Package offers standalone advisory support that provides ongoing HR guidance and policy guidance tailored to your business needs. We deliver exceptional, people-driven, and mission-focused services, with packages starting at $1,000.

Advisory Services

 

Overview 

Monthly HR Advisory provides flexible, senior-level HR guidance tailored for small to mid-sized organizations that need expert support without hiring internal HR staff. Clients receive policy guidance, leadership coaching, strategic insight, and ongoing advisory support aligned to their selected tier. 


This service is designed to help organizations navigate growth, complexity, and people-related decisions responsibly — often serving as a bridge before building an internal HR function.

 

How This Service Works 

  • Our process begins with a discovery conversation, followed by completion of the Advisory Intake Form. 
  • Based on the client’s needs, organizational complexity, and expectations, we identify the appropriate Advisory Tier. 
  • A monthly price is determined using a standardized pricing structure based on employee band, advisory tier, and documented complexity factors. 
  • Upon approval, onboarding begins with defined expectations, communication preferences, and a monthly cadence setup. 
  • Advisory services operate within a clearly defined scope aligned to the selected tier, with review checkpoints as needs evolve. 


Advisory Tiers 

  • Our Advisory Services are structured across Essential, Growth, and Strategic tiers.  
  • Essential focuses on clarity and policy guidance.  
  • Growth expands into supervisor coaching and performance support.  
  • Strategic provides forward-looking leadership, workforce development, change readiness, and proactive HR partnership. 


Tier placement ensures clients receive the appropriate level of support without overpaying for services they do not need.


Add-Ons & Enhancements 

Clients may add optional enhancements to address responsiveness or organizational complexity, including: 

  • Priority response (+$250/month) 
  • Industry or structural complexity adjustments (+10%/month) 


Add-ons enhance service capacity or address complexity but do not replace the scope or intent of an advisory tier. 


What to Expect 

Clients receive a consistent monthly advisory partnership, including scheduled check-ins, access for HR-related questions, documentation guidance, and support aligned to their tier. Communication timelines, response expectations, and boundaries are clearly defined to ensure effective and sustainable advisory outcomes. Email and written questions are welcome anytime; response expectations are aligned to your selected tier. 


Decision Authority & Risk Ownership
TC Workforce Consulting provides advisory guidance, risk awareness, and documentation insight. Final employment decisions, communications, and actions remain the responsibility of the client organization.
