Our HR support packages include a tailored employee handbook featuring federal and state-specific policies, optional policies based on your business needs, job description and offer letter templates, a comprehensive new-hire onboarding checklist, and a leadership walkthrough session. 

Pricing for these services starts at $3,000, determined by customization factors rather than employee count, with optional add-ons such as a 90-day audit. 

This service is ideal for new or growing businesses, first-time employers, and owners looking for structured HR solutions without the need for an internal HR staff. 

A La Carte HR Administrative Support offers flexible, hands-on assistance with specific HR tasks such as:

•  HR File & Records Support  
•  Policy & Document Formatting (Non‑Legal)   
•  Onboarding Packet Preparation  
•  Offboarding Packet & Checklist Coordination
•  Basic HR Data Tracking & Organization  
•  Registration & Administrative Submissions   
•  General Administrative HR Tasks   

A La Carte tasks are administrative only; advisory items will be paused. 

Many HR administrative needs don’t fit neatly into predefined categories. If you have a clearly defined HR task that is not listed above, we’re happy to discuss whether it fits within the scope of administrative support or should be handled through an advisory service. 

This service is best suited for very small businesses, owners needing short-term help, those formalizing HR systems, or clients transitioning to advisory services. Our A La Carte hourly rate is $150 with a minimum of 10 hours contracted. Any unused hours may be credited toward advisory services within 30 days.
