 Tiffany Tucker 

During my six years serving in the United States Army as a Human Resources Specialist (42A), I developed a strong foundation in organizational structure, accountability, and people management. In that role, I mastered complex administrative functions while removing operational barriers that allowed units to succeed and grow their most valuable asset—their people. 

After transitioning from military service, I spent the next fifteen years working in the legal field, primarily in family law. As a Certified Paralegal with degrees in Criminal Justice and Business Management, I bring a rare combination of structured problem-solving and real-world experience navigating complex interpersonal and workplace dynamics. 

My education and professional experience have allowed me to combine investigative work in forensic interviewing with conflict resolution skills developed through years of mediation support. Together, these skills allow me to help build the kind of organizational structure where strong leaders—and the teams they guide—can truly thrive. 

Outside of work, I enjoy crafting, cooking, and playing sports with my husband and our two boys. 

Catherine Kilroy 

I bring more than fifteen years of leadership and human resources experience from my service in the United States Army as a Human Resources Specialist (42A). In that role, I often stepped into HR offices and operational units where systems had become disorganized, processes unclear, or teams were struggling to keep pace with the demands placed on them. I built a reputation for quickly identifying where friction existed within an organization and restoring the structure that allowed teams to function effectively again. 

Later, I had the opportunity to serve as an instructor, preparing future leaders to manage workforce structure and HR operations. My focus was on developing practical leadership judgment—how to communicate expectations clearly, guide teams through difficult situations, and maintain accountability without losing trust. 

After my military service, I continued building on that experience by completing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and additional coursework in human resource management. That education deepened my understanding of how organizational systems and human behavior interact, and it continues to influence how I approach leadership and workplace challenges today. 

At the center of my leadership philosophy is a simple belief: people perform best when obstacles are removed and expectations are clear. My work focuses on helping organizations restore clarity, strengthen leadership practices, and build environments where employees feel seen, supported, and able to do their best work. 

Outside of work, I enjoy time with my daughter and two dogs, hiking and camping whenever possible, and gathering around good food with family and friends.
